Processing time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Shipping cost are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (if available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high volume-periods.
Domestic and International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
All international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
Rich Fitness is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors first. If issues persist contact us at TheRichFitnessBrand@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Rich Fitness is not responsible for orders shipping to incorrectly entered addresses. Additionally shipping fess may apply for reshipment.
